Belgians Do It All!

We live on 47 beautiful acres in West Central Missouri. I have an addition to my home with a dog door so the dogs can choose to be inside in the heated/air conditioned room or outside in their fenced yard. The addition also houses my Booster Bath, so I am now able to easily bathe my dogs no matter what the weather and without breaking my back over the bath tub! There is also a small kennel building with another large fenced yard in the rear of the house, so I am able to separate the boys from the girls when necessary. For those of you unfamiliar with the Belgian Sheepdog, be sure to check out the Breed Standard page for information. And for those who may be curious about Paint horses, feel free to check out the Farm link as well!
HISTORY:
Sheba was my first Belgian Sheepdog. In fact, she was the first I had ever met. She came to me through a stroke of good fortune and I was hooked! Sheba was successful in both conformation and herding, but her first love is definitely those sheep! Annie arrived Thanksgiving 2006. I looked for almost 6 months for the right show quality puppy before finding her at Images Belgians in Ohio. Renee Croft, her co-owner, was generous enough to let this little bundle of energy make her home with me. I'm sure my household will never be the same! Check out Annie's page for some cute puppy pictures. Ace also came from Images Belgians in 2007 as a rehome at a year old. He was a big gangly boy with boundless energy and I had trouble getting him fattened up. Now at 4 years old, he is finally keeping weight on and looking good. He was shown in Canada as a puppy, but he is now neutered and is happier hanging out here at the farm where he is my fearless protector. Sheba was bred the end of February 2009 to the handsome Ch. Elancer's British Invasion ("Boston") and whelped 7 gorgeous puppies. I kept a very special male puppy out of that breeding. Dancer (Shetara's Celebrate the Dance) has started his conformation career and currently has one major and a number of singles to his credit. This is my first Bred By Exhibitor dog, so I'm bursting with pride!
