Mahret's Your Foolish Pride (Layla) Welcome to Layla's page! Layla arrived in November 2008 at 11 months old. Shirley Makinson of Mahret's Kennel in Missouri is her breeder and co-owner. Layla has attended a few shows already and done very well. I am really looking forward to showing this lovely girl in conformation in 2009. News! 1/10/2009 Attended the MO-Kan B Match in Independence, MO. Layla behaved beautifully and garnered a herding group one! And believe me, it had nothing to do with my handling skills. I really goofed up, but Layla compensated for me so well. I'm so proud of her! Layla 11 months:
